Nate Boley
CERTIFIED POWERLIFTING COACH
ABOUT NATE
Nate has been training for over 11 years and found it difficult to train in typical commercial box-gyms. When lifting heavy weight, Nate was constantly cautioned by gym managers questioning his fitness to lift such weight or, more to the point: that they were concerned their equipment could get damaged (such as bent bars); the truth is, they don’t want the wear and tear on their pristine equipment.
Growing tired of moving from gym to gym, Nate decided he wanted a gym with proper professional competition style equipment that is meant to be used and be subject to wear and tear. It was then that Strength Warehouse was born. Nate and his wife, Megan opened Strength Warehouse in September 2018 as a place where beginners and serious athletes alike can train to their heart’s content, be loud when they’re training hard, and experience amazing personal progress in a supportive close knit group of like-minded people.
As an athlete, Nate has been extremely successful in the sport of powerlifting, he has placed in every competition that he has participated in, along with qualifying for a national competition. Competing in the 181# raw class he totaled over 1300lbs, and in the 198 raw class he totaled over 1400lbs. Nate has overcome a plethora of setbacks and injuries, this has only increased his strength and knowledge to help others push through those setbacks.

ABOUT MEGAN
Certified Pre & Post Natal Strength Coach
Megan is a Central Oregon native and left her 8 year job as a medical assistant to open and work full time at Strength Warehouse. Growing up she played a plethora of sports and wishes she had started strength training sooner, as it would have most likely kept her from a handful of injuries she sustained. Megan’s passion for helping women gain strength in the gym both mentally and physically has helped build Strength Warehouse’s amazing female following. After recently having her first baby, Megan decided to furthermore her training and became certified in Pre & Post Natal Strength Training, a field in which she felt has been a severely depleted service for pregnant women.

Mitch
CERTIFIED POWERLIFTING COACH
ABOUT MITCH
Mitch grew up in Hood River Oregon. During his High school years he played Lacrosse and Water Polo, Mitch did not thrive in sports but fell in love with the conditioning aspect. He continued to carry that fire to improve and push my body to its limit. Trying to catch up to his teammates Mitch began to lift weights in his garage, mainly benching, squatting and getting a good arm pump on. His confidence blossomed, he improved on the field, and after his season ended he quickly realized he was more fired up to lift weights than to play sports. He then joined the gym and the rest is history! Mitch is a part time employee and full time hype man at Strength Warehouse. Five years later I’m still hooked on powerlifting and encourage everyone to try it out. It’s rewarding, you enter an inspiring community, and have a hell of a lot of fun lifting heavy stuff!!!!!

Ian
STRONGMAN COACH
ABOUT IAN
Ian “Cupcake” was born and raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan. I began my fitness journey about 10 years ago because he was not healthy and hated what he saw in the mirror. So he decided to make a change and walked into his first crossfit box. From there he switched over to bodybuilding. In January of 2019 Ian joined the Strength Warehouse family and started becoming an avid Strongman competitor. Ian has competed in 2 Strongman competitions: Sisters First Strongman Throw-down in 2019 and Oregon’s Strongest Lumberjack 2019 where he took First Place in the Novice Lightweight Division. Ian always brings the energy and you’re sure to get your *ss kicked in any class of his.
