Lindsay Warren

My love for fitness started at a young age as a competitive gymnast. After becoming injured, I was unable to continue in the sport and began coaching gymnastics and discovered lifting – and loved it! Having coached for so many years, it felt natural to want to spread my love for fitness a little further and became a certified trainer through NASM. As an avid mountain sports athlete and sports coach, I understand the importance of being strong, flexible and resilient and have a unique understanding of how to train sport-specific and hybrid athletes. Having suffered many injuries myself, I find joy in showing clients that you can be stronger and more resilient after injury through proper strength and mobility training. Not only continuing in your sport or hobby, but excelling at.

Nick Nizinski

Hello, my name is Nick Nizinski. I’ve been a personal trainer for a year and a half now. It’s been a wild ride and I have enjoyed it so far!
Fitness has always had a special place in my heart, and by “special” I mean I have had a love/hate relationship with it. Not a “hate” hate, but let’s just say there have been some challenging days.
I remember doing push ups with my dad when I was a kid, maybe about 6 or 7 years old. We would stretch too and I really enjoyed that. The time I spent with him was great and those are memories I will always cherish.
Fast forward to my early twenties and I found a true calling to fitness when I was working out with my brother-in-law. We did this crazy workout from Body Beast, it was a “chest/tricep” workout. Holy cow, I thought I was done for and I didn’t even finish the workout! It was crazy, but even moreso, I felt the fire of fitness growing in me. From that day I knew in my heart fitness was going to play a huge role in my life.
Now here I am, at 31 years old, I am making my journey into the fitness world. I want to help people move better, be strong and look strong. Most importantly, I want people to love how they feel. It’s a humbling and powerful feeling when you’re able to perform an exercise you thought you couldn’t do. The accomplishment, the confidence, the smiles, and the journey is all part of why I love being a trainer.

Sage Elis

I’m Sage, an Army vet, helicopter pilot, and powerlifting enthusiast. I got into lifting when I was deployed and felt the non-physical effects of exercise. I love to see my clients succeed in their goals and find a form of exercise that they love. In my free time, I enjoy taking my cat on adventures, hiking, paddle-boarding, and camping.

coach mike

Mike Kepheart

I am Coach Mike. I am originally from Bend, Oregon. I started coaching briefly while serving in the marine corps. After leaving service I started working as a coach full time while living in Hawaii. In 2018 my family and I decided to move back to Central Oregon. Since returning I have continued to learn and grow as a fitness coach and also started a new path in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have earned my purple belt in Jiu Jitsu and am certified movement and mobility specialist through “The Ready State” I have found a love for coaching people to be stronger for better performance in powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, life and more. The path to better health and fitness can be a treacherous path filled with lies, myths, and magic pills claiming double results in half the time. I am at Strength Warehouse to guide others down that path and to use my knowledge and experience to give people an opportunity to become a healthier and stronger version of themselves.

Her expertise also extends to competitive powerlifting, where she has coached women on a global stage. At Strength Warehouse, she leads the Babies and Barbells class for new mothers and the Legends class for individuals aged 60 and older. For Megan, coaching is more than a profession-it’s what fills her cup and fuels her dedication to the strength and well-being of her community.
When she’s not coaching or cheering on her athletes, Megan is busy raising her two daughters with Nate, modeling the very values of hard work and passion she instills in her clients.
