Group Training

Group Training is the core of what we do-building real strength through compound barbell lifts like the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Each class is led by a coach and includes accessory work with dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements to build balance, muscle, and confidence. Every session is tailored to your level, whether you’re brand new or experienced, with a focus on safety, proper technique, and progress you can feel.

Strength Camp

Strength Camp is a fun and challenging class that builds full-body strength and conditioning. You’ll learn the Olympic lifts-Snatch and Clean & Jerk-with guidance from your coach, and get hands-on with strongman-style training like sleds, carries, and axle bar deadlifts. Each class ends with a conditioning workout and includes mobility work to help you recover and move better. All movements are coached and tailored to every fitness level.

Legends

Our Legends class is designed for adults 50 and older who want to build strength, stability, and confidence through movement. Each 45-minute session focuses on improving grip, balance, and total-body strength using light weights, bands, and functional exercises. With a coach guiding every step, this class supports healthy aging and helps you stay strong for the life you love-inside and outside the gym.
