Small group training involving compound barbell movements. In group training we focus on compound barbell movements of squat, bench, and deadlift. We incorporate a variety of accessory dumbbell and KB movements into the workout as well. Coaches lead these small groups with close attention to each student to ensure safety is a priority. Each class is tailored to all levels.
Strength Camp involves a circuit of 8 different stations. Each station is aimes to get your blood pumping and your heart racing. This is a fast paced class for all levels!
