Group Training

During our group training sessions, we focus on compound barbell movements integrating the squat, bench, and deadlift. We also incorporate a variety of accessory dumbbell and KB movements into the workout. Coaches lead these small groups with close attention to each student to ensure safety is a priority. Each class is tailored to all levels.

Strength Camp

Strength Camp involves a circuit of 8 different stations. Each station is aimed at getting your blood pumping and your heart racing. This is a fast paced class for all levels!
