Barbell Fit

Barbell Fit consists of Strength and Conditioning programming with the use of barbells and free weights to build muscle, speed, power, endurance and mobility. In this class you will learn the basics of barbell and free weight movements. Any beginner can jump into this class and feel confident they will receive the guidance they need to perform each movement safely and correctly. This is a small class with a maximum capacity of 8 people, so you know you are getting great one on one instructions from your coach. If you are just starting out with weightlifting this is a great class to get you on your way! Barbell Fit is held 3 days a week, each day is dedicated to a specific compound movement along with accessory movements to help you get an all around great workout. All levels are welcome and encouraged to give this class a shot!

Strength Camp

This is a high intensity interval strength and conditioning class. You will surely get your sweat on. We combine calisthenics and weight training for an intense full body workout. We describe this class as a unique Boot Camp mix up of Powerlifting, Strongman, and Bodyweight movements. Unlike our other classes, Strength Camp is set up in circuit training style with timed intervals at different stations. All levels are welcome and encouraged to give this class a shot! Strength Camp is held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6AM and at 5:15PM. Forty-Five minutes long and you’ll head out the door drenched in sweat! Beginners will love this class with it’s bodyweight to lightweight movements. Bring a bottle of water and a towel! You will need it!


Tire flipping. Log pressing. Sled dragging. If there’s heavy sh*t you’ve ever wanted to lift, push or fling, we’re about to make all your dreams come true. This is cardio with a heavy twist. Grunting optional. This high energy class is sure to push your strength to the limits. Strongman uses a variety of implements to test both your strength and endurance. Each class you will use different implements to push your body to its limits. Indoors and outdoors, you will always have a blast! Ever wanted to tow a truck, throw a keg, or carry a HUGE stone? Here is your chance, these workouts are like none other. Bring your energy and your A- game, you will need it! All levels welcome, we modify it all, sign up and give it a try, you might find it’s something you love!

Personal Training

Together with one of our amazing coaches you will create a game plan to reach and smash your fitness goals. Each individual is different and there is no “cookie cutter” layout for everyone’s fitness goals, and our coaches know that. They will create a detailed and specific fitness plan to get you to your goals, in a fun, safe, and highly motivating environment. Whether you are wanting to learn the basics of weightlifting, or you want to go and compete in a Strength Competition, we are here to help you. We offer thirty and sixty minute sessions of personal one on one time for you. Great for beginners who want to get more comfortable with the barbell, or experienced lifters who want to break through their plateaus. We are here for all levels !

Online Coaching

Regardless of your specific goal, we can create an online strength training program for anyone to fit your needs. Our weight training workout plans are ideal for everyone, including men, women, runners, athletes, beginners, and the average Joe or Jane. These programs are customized to your training location and you can complete workouts at any time, meaning you can complete the workouts at home, at the gym, or at any location, day or night. We work with clients in the USA, Australia, Asia, and many other countries. Your location does not matter; we can help you reach your strength training goals.

As your online strength coaches, we will design a resistance training program that is custom built to your needs as well as goals and help you understand how to implement the strength training program. Each week you complete the week of workouts and track in your personalized dashboard. We will review your strength training results, make adjustments, and provide any additional recommendations. Additionally, if you submit videos of you completing exercises, we will analyze your form and offer recommendations for improvement. On top of that, we are always available for support via messages and email.

Nutrition Coaching

Our Nutritionist is committed to helping our clients reach their goals by creating customized nutrition and fitness plans. If you’re tired of feeling lost in the whirlwind of confusing nutrition messages and diet plans, we are with you and want to help you navigate your way back to true health. Rather than offering up a one-size-fits-all plan, we will establish your personal goals and work together to create realistic and sustainable change. We will support you as you rebuild your relationship with food into one that doesn’t focus on “good” or “bad”, but rather allows you to enjoy all food while nourishing your mind, body and soul. Let us help you break through the barriers holding you back from living your best life. We know how important nutrition is, and it’s tough to reach your fitness goals, if that piece of the puzzle is not in place! Group Training

Group Training focuses on building strength and muscle endurance through compound movements. Collectively as a team we work together to achieve our strength goals. With our block training you will work your way through great form and technique ultimately ending in testing of your one rep max! Each class you will focus on one compound movement of the day followed by a variety of accessory movements that will enhance your strength. Men and Women are on different training schedules. You will have a coach with you throughout the whole workout to make sure you are safely and correctly performing the lifts. If you are looking for all the motivation you can handle, this is the place you will find it. All levels are welcome and encouraged to try out this class!
