The Backstory: Launtz was once a high school football athlete and continued his athletic pursuits into college. However, life has a way of throwing curveballs, and following an injury, along with other challenges, he found himself drifting away from the world of fitness. Like many of us, he yearned to make health and fitness a cornerstone in his life but faced obstacles and struggled to find the motivation and routine he once had.
The Dream: Launtz’s ambition wasn’t just about getting fit; it was about laying down a solid fitness foundation for his life. More than that, through strength training, he aimed to reconnect and engage deeper with the community around him.
