My Go-To Protein Snacks: Quick and Easy Fuel Throughout the Day

Finding it hard to get all your protein in for the day? Here’s a quick snapshot of my go-to snacks that are perfect for quick and easy fuel throughout the day.

Chomps Meat Sticks

These delicious meat sticks pack 9 grams of protein each and are great for a savory snack on the go.

Dried Edamame

A single serving of dried edamame provides 14 grams of protein and is a crunchy, satisfying option.

Fage Greek Yogurt Mixed with ascent whey protein

This combo not only tastes great but also gives you around 25 grams of protein per serving. It’s perfect for a more substantial snack.

Fit Crunch Protein Bar

Each bar contains 20 grams of protein, making it an excellent choice for a quick and filling snack.

Single-Serving Cottage Cheese

With approximately 14 grams of protein per serving, cottage cheese is a convenient and creamy snack option.

Hard-Boiled Eggs

Easy to prepare and carry, two hard-boiled eggs offer about 12 grams of protein.

Boar’s Head Sliced Turkey

A few slices of this lean turkey provide around 10 grams of protein per serving and are perfect for a quick and tasty snack.

Additionally, I often pair my snacks with hummus and fresh veggies like carrots or cucumbers for a balanced and nutritious boost. I always have protein shakes, which provide an easy way to get an extra 30 grams of protein. Any whey-based protein works great for me.

By adding a few of these snacks each day and mixing and matching them, I typically get 40+ grams of protein outside my normal meals. This sets me up for easier targets when it comes to meal time.
